Game Notes:
- Pettitte struggled all game but the line wasn't that bad... 5IP 7H 4ER 6BB!!! 6SO... He did give the Yankees a chance to win... Maybe if that liner didn't hit off him and been a double play it could of been a different game...
- Alex Rodriguez had a nice RBI single in the 1st his 21st to plate Nick Swisher... But after that it was all down hill... He did 2 big spots where he came up empty... In the third he grounded into a double play with the bases loaded and one out... Then he struck out with a runner on third and one out in the sixth.
- Jeters Hit streak ended at 16...
- Nick Swisher had another good game... Great to see that... Maybe this could start something good as he went 2 for 3 with his daily walk and a run scored...
- Posada also continues his hot hitting going 2 for 4 with a Laser Beam Home Run to right his 8Th and 26ThRBI...
- Brett Tomko and David Robertson also had solid outings out of the bullpen... Tomko throwing 2 scoreless innings and Robertson one scoreless... I am a big David Robertson fan and hope he continues to do well and find a nice spot in the 7th or 8th inning...
- Tomorrow Lets see the Real Chien-Ming Wang show up and get The Yankees back in the Win column...
