8:33pm - Adam Dunn goofs a fly ball in left to give the Mets second and third with no one out and of course the Met cannot capitalize. I know the pitcher was the first batter but come on Cora or Castillo get a run in for goodness sake. Also why the hell is Castillo bunting with 2 outs and runners on second and third I do not get it. (Mets lead 1-0)

8:41pm - Here we go again with Redding hope he can hang on this time unlike the last few starts vs. the Red Sox and Marlins. (Now tied 1-1 with bases loaded and 1 out for Ryan Zimmerman)

8:43pm - "A huge double play" -Gary Cohen
Could not have said it any better myself LOL thank god for that. (Tied 1-1 heading to the 6th)

8:55pm - Man if I see another Met get thrown out at 3B I am going to flip out. We have enough trouble scoring runs do we really have to run ourselves out of every inning. GOODNESS

9:20pm - Damn another inning and cannot break the tie. (Still tied 1-1 Bottom 7th)

9:41pm - The Mets just cannot get that second run but what can you expect when our 20-year old rookie Fernando Martinez is facing a good lefty with the bases loaded. Not much we can expect from F-Mart in that situation. (STILL 1-1 Bottom of the 8th)

9:50pm - Thank God for Bobby Parnell he is going to be a huge part of this team the rest of the year. Lets hope he is up to the task the rest of the season. (Going to the 9th still tied 1-1)

10:02pm - Going to extra innings after a 1-2-3 inning by Sean Green. Green has really settled his last 7-8 appearances and is pitching like all Mets fans had hoped he would. (1-1 going to Extras)

10:10 - THERE IS THAT BIG HIT WE HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR LOL. David Wright doing what David Wright does "GOING THE OTHER WAY" and as I am writing this David Wright gets thrown out at 3B its unreal why does this team love to get thrown out at 3B I just do not get it. Nevertheless we have the lead and hopefully K-Rod can lock it down in the Bottom part of the inning.

10:25pm - PUT IT IN THE BOOK LOL from the immortal Howie Rose. K-Rod now 15-15 in save opportunites and the Mets get a much needed win after being swept by the Pirates. Final score Mets 3 Nationals 1 with David Wright getting the game winning two run double in the 10th inning. Hope for the same tomorrow from the Mets and Johnny Maine.
